Power supply system

             Conductor rail, also known as a sliding conductor, is a group of power transmission devices that provide power to mobile equipment.

             It is mainly divided into enclosed conductor systems, insulated conductor systems,  single-pole busbars, single-pole busbars, seamless busbars, C-rails, etc.

             Mobile equipment needs to change its position constantly due to movement. At each different position, the mobile equipment must be able to obtain power supply at any time, otherwise it will not be able to continue to move. At this time, busbars came into being. Several conductors are laid in parallel along the running track of the mobile equipment and connected to the power supply. On the moving equipment, a collector that can draw power from the conductor is installed. In this way, when the equipment moves, the collector runs synchronously with the equipment and obtains power from the conductor at any time to provide it to the equipment so that the equipment can continue to move. The device composed of these conductors and collectors is called a busbar.

1. Safety: The power supply busbar shell is made of engineering plastic with high insulation performance. The shell protection level can reach IP13 and IP55 as required, which can protect against rain, snow and freezing attacks and hanging objects. The product has been tested under various environmental conditions. The insulation performance is good, and there is no harm to the maintenance personnel touching the outside of the transmission conduit.

2. Reliable: The transmission rail has good conductivity and fast heat dissipation, and has high current density, low impedance value, and small line loss. The brush is made of metal graphite material with high conductivity and high wear resistance. The receiver is flexible to move and has good directional performance, which effectively controls the contact arc and series arc phenomenon.

3. Economic: The power supply busbar device has a simple structure and uses a copper busbar with high current density, low resistivity and low voltage loss as the conductive body. It can save about 6% of electricity, replace steel with plastic, replace copper with plastic, and has a novel design. No other insulation structure is required, no compensation line is required, and it is installed on the same side of the crane control room, saving installation materials and expenses. Its comprehensive cost is roughly the same as that of steel bare busbar.

4. Convenience: The power busbar device integrates multiple busbars into one conduit, which is very easy to assemble. Its fixing bracket, connecting clamp and suspension device are all supplied with universal parts, which is very convenient for installation, disassembly, adjustment and maintenance.
