SHA8 European electric hoist is a low headroom electric hoist that can achieve double speeds for lifting and running through double wire packages or inverters. The voltage can reach 220v-440v, and the control voltage can reach 24v/36v/48v/110v. This electric hoist can be used in factories, workshops, warehouses, construction, mining, etc., and is easy to disassemble and install.
The SHA series includes SHA7 (standard headroom electric hoist) and SHA8 (low headroom electric hoist). About the daily maintenance of SHA8 electric hoist:
- Operation place：No obstacle within operator's walk range
- Traveling rail：No foreigner on rail, observed from ground
- Pendant control：Correct lifting and travelling movement. When one group of buttons is pressed simultaneously, the electric hoist shall not act.
- Limiter：When the hook without load is lifted to limit position, the limit switch shall be correct and reliable.
- Hook assembly：The hook shall be able to freely horizontally rotate within 360° and vertically gyrate within 180°. The hook sheave shall be able to freely rotate without any seizure or collision. The anti-loosing unit of hook nuts should be free of abnormality and the hook closing unit shall be normal.
- Wire rope：Make daily inspection
- Brake：The brake for lifting, lowering and traveling shall be sensitive and reliable.

The hoist must be checked by professional workers within the time interval determined by crane operation. Such test must be done at least once a year. All results of the test need to be recorded in the test report. We suggest that the maintenance interval of the electric hoist should be the same as the inspection interval of the crane. Changes in operation can also affect inspection and maintenance intervals. During maintenance, any parts that are severely worn or defective will be replaced.
