There are something should be note when using the manual plain beam trolley:
1. The ITA GCT-A manual plain beam trolleys are strictly prohibited from overloading.
2. When the ITA GCT-A manual plain beam trolley is lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for any person to walk or work under the heavy objects.
3. When lifting heavy objects, the center of gravity should be within the plane of the I-beam web, otherwise, please do not lift it.
4. In case of abnormal movement of the manual plain beam trolley, do not use force to push it, and stop using it immediately and check the cause.
5. The ITA GCT-A manual plain beam trolley should be checked regularly for loosening of the fasteners.
6. The ITA GCT-A manual plain beam trolleys are supported by I-beams. Therefore, I-beams that are deformed, twisted, cracked or do not meet the standards and have other defects cannot be used as monorails.
